Responsibilities & Context
- Maintain daily accounting records and prepare accounting vouchers.
- Process invoices, bills, and payment records accurately.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Support sales activities by coordinating with customers and the sales team.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Perform data entry and documentation using MS Excel and ERP software.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial and sales documents.
- Assist in inventory reconciliation and stock verification when required.
- Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by management.
